These books aren’t getting enough love, and it makes me sad.
I’m giving all the Mystic Bayou books 5 stars so far since they’re just so much fun for easy-read fantasy romances. This is book 3 in the series and follows on from book 2 even though there is a book 2.5.
Anyway, it’s Sonja’s turn to play the lead alongside Will, a returning MB resident after a long time away. It’s another easy-read that I enjoyed so much as with the previous books. I just can’t get enough of them.
What I liked…
Sonja has been a distant character so far, but now we get to meet her properly.
Each book shows us new magic folk either from or visiting Mystic Bayou.
And the mysterious rift keeps getting more attention in each instalment of this saga.
What I didn’t like…
In this book, nothing stuck out.
I’m flying through these books because they’re so fun. Molly keeps them fresh with new protagonists each time but also keeps the existing character present in the story.
