Mini non-spoiler reviews…

Wow. Great start to the year for me.

Glow was an awkward one since I loved it but kept getting distracted by other books. But I was always excited to get back to it, so I honestly don’t know what that was all about. Slow build but pretty explosive ending. Only 1 book left in the series.

The Dark One is book 2 in the Vicious Lost Boys. I meant to get to this sooner. Anyway, I loved book 2 as much as book 1. It’s a fun Peter Pan twist with spice and the good and evil characters all turned grey.

Fallen Legacies series was just awesome. I honestly don’t understand why it took me so long to get to book 2 and 3. I fell right back in love with this series the moment I picked it up again.

Once Upon  Broken Heart and the Ballad of Never after were a whirlwind of beautiful words, amazing magic, and complex characters.

A Contract of Love gave me Dynasty in book form vibes which I didn’t realise how much I would love. I’m signed up for the ARC of book 2 so that’s gonna be so much fun.

Books plan to read next month…
  • Gods and Monsters by Janie Marie – I already started and I’m loving it.
  • A Shimmer Between by Evelyn Sage (ARC)
  • Supernova by Julie Hall – A Fallen Legacies novella
  • Belladonna – Maybe since I might do a buddy read with someone.

I think that’ll see me through since it’s going to be a busy month with the launch of my own book, Out of Ashes, and finishing the draft if my next book, The Viper’s Library.
